I’m here watching your video because I thought it was a nice house only to find I need to go to your website to find out the price. There is a sameness to modern builds. As an active buyer, it’s assumed we all want this. Cold, sharp and office like. I hope trends move in a more individualized, warmer direction.

Where did you say this home was located? It sounds like you said Pilot, Texas? My family owns all the land literally across the street and it's in Point, Texas.
I just don't get why these newer homes put the kitchen before the living room. If you're having a party out doors or family function in the back yard is better to have your kitchen by the back entrance so you can bring food in and out easier. I don't want to walk across my living room to get to the fridge or pantry carrying food or drinks. Also if you had a pool the kitchen floor would be easier to clean rather than getting the carpet wet

Point is by Lake Tawakoni. Describing it as outside Rockwall is a stretch, even for Texas.
